On September 23, 2008, the European Commission adopted the strategic planning of EU financial support to Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period 2008 – 2010 (Multi-annual Indicative Planning Document – MIPD).
The IPA 2007 Financial Agreements for Annual Action Programme were signed on July 31, 2008, in Sarajevo, by BiH Minister of Finance and Treasury, Dragan Vranić, and the first Counselor of the European Commission Delegation to BiH, Marc Vanbrabant.
